There are many times when people consider a name change. Most of these times are for a good reason, while others need to do it for safety reasons. I’m not really sure how this works, but they will take a special look at why you want to change your last name. As long as it is not for any criminal reasons, you should have no problem getting permission to do so. You must then go through the same steps as someone who just got married to change your last name.

You simply fill out the forms, attach the proper documents, and then send out the paperwork. When I married, I found the same kit you can pay for online for free.
